What exactly does MardukMD replace?

The patchwork: phone-only scheduling, print-and-bring PDF intake, a weak or missing patient portal, a separate bill-pay link, and the shared Gmail inbox holding it together. It puts scheduling, intake, records, messaging and payments in one system.

Is it built for small independent practices?

Yes. MardukMD is for the solo physician, the two-provider startup, the DPC or counseling practice, and the bilingual family clinic — not for enterprise hospital IT. If every admin hour counts, it's built for you.

Does it actually support Spanish?

Bilingual is first-class, not a bolt-on. Patients get scheduling, intake and the portal in English or Spanish — which matters most for the Spanish-first practices that enterprise portals fail.

We have multiple locations

does that work? — That's a core case. Two, three or five sites run on one shared schedule, roster and record set instead of a phone number, email and calendar per location.
